Analysis of Literation Ability to Translate Aceh Language by Elementary School Students in Langsa City

Langsa is a municipality in Aceh province of Indonesia, with heterogeneous population consisting many ethnic groups. Due to this, over the years, Acehnese language has evolved as regional used daily communication, especially environments such schools. The literacy skills students will determine its preservation years come. Therefore, this study aims describe ability elementary school from city translating texts language. Adapting new normal situation, sampling method was carried out based on recommended health protocol randomly select research object. Data were collected through observation, test administration, and results then analysed students’ translate language.
